July 27, 2021, Vancouver, British Columbia.  XRApplied Technologies Inc. (formerly Zadar Ventures Ltd. (the “Company”)) announces that it will begin trading on the CSE on Thursday, July 29, 2021. 

Concurrently, the Company will delist from the TSX Venture Exchange effective at the close on Wednesday, July 28, 2021.  The Company will trade on the CSE under the symbol “XRA”. The new CUSIP is 98422K109.
